Feature: Support the STACKIT VPN API #1420
Description
The StackIT API Documentation lists a VPN API that is now in v1beta1: https://docs.api.eu01.stackit.cloud/documentation/vpn/version/v1beta1
I have a future project that will require setting up IPsec VPN tunnels and being able to use a managed service would be much nicer than having to manage som virtual firewall, and I would very much like to use Terraform to configure this so it fits in our Infrastructure as Code repo

the VPN is now completely onboarded into the Terraform Provider.

But I think VPN is not able to be used in a HUB&Spoke Architecture so far, as ingress traffic cant be routed to other sna projects.

@lweberru Do you know whether this limitation is still valid? I plan on deploying a VPN in one project and then deploy a server to another project. Of course both projects are in the same SNA.
