buildStatic and Conditional Substitions with rollup enable in jspm@beta #549
Description
Hello
When I try to compile using conditions substitions and rollup enabled the javascript output is not generated successfully

Ok thanks, this actually has nothing to do with the conditional side of things, it's a bug with the rollup optimization process. I'm looking into it.
