P1 HTTP-15/16: signed SDK coexistence and same-fixture example evidence #252
Description
Continue the approved numbered P1 contract under teaql-conformance#216. Add real S3 SDK signing/transport coexistence proof with an active Context HTTP trap, before-transmission versus wire signed-header comparison, and SDK-owned attempt counts. Run the runtime-owned HTTP example twice on one live fixture/Context with cumulative counters and retain two native executions. Test/example-only candidate, extending #251; no production-code change, main merge, public release, tag or deployment.
