P1 CMR-09: target application must use metadata without business replay #255

Add an adversarial Context test proving exact committed create/update/delete/recover facts apply without invoking ordinary business APIs, Checker/Fix, clock/ID/external effects; include positive controls. Test-only formal P1 candidate; no main/public release.
