Add a stack.json file #115
Description
the stack.json file will contain all of the resources and their respective physical resource IDs.
use the following method at the end of the stack deployment.

StackName: 'STRING_VALUE', /* required */
NextToken: 'STRING_VALUE'
};
cloudformation.listStackResources(params, function(err, data) {
if (err) console.log(err, err.stack); // an error occurred
else {
