Optional codebuild step in codepipeline #96
Description
The user has to be able to choose wether or not he wants an intermediate build step.

If the user has an app made with a javascript framework they might require it to be built with something like webpack

if the user is deploying a static HTML site this step shouldn't be included as the lack of the build will cause codebuild to fail.

an easier alternative might be to as a default build script just make the build exit. this way codebuild can be included for all setups and if its static html it will just exit immediately.
