Big refactoring #97

The sttructure of arjan deploy is causing a maintenance nightmare.

main changes:

• generateTemplate
• sepparate the defaults into another file
• call the check methods using an iteration
• add a force or overwrite option that will use the default values (instead of those on the template resources)
• checkresources
• match the resource names with the checkResource methods names
• factor out certificateExists and stackExists into another file
• deployTemplate
• check if the template is queal to an existing template
• deployStack
• create deployStack file and method
• split into part1 and part2
• make the syncOps method an async method that resolves only when all 3 have reolved
