v12 Overview KPI summary cards lack interactive drill-down navigation

Describe the bug

top metric summary cards on the Overview landing page must be interactive and relate to the data they show

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

The metric cards must act as interactive click targets (drill-down
links) that route analysts directly to the corresponding filtered modules:
· Clicking Alerts (24h) or High severity (24h) routes to Threat Management ➔
Alerts with active time/severity filters.
· Clicking Open incidents routes to Threat Management ➔ Incidents filtered by
Open status.
· Clicking Active playbooks routes to SOAR ➔ Flows displaying enabled
playbooks.

Current Behavior

The top metric summary cards on the Overview landing page
(Alerts 24h, Open incidents, High severity 24h, and Active playbooks) function purely as
static visual containers. Hovering over these cards does not update the mouse cursor to
an interactive pointer (cursor: pointer), and clicking them triggers no action or
navigation.
