Summary
csx fails on Ubuntu 22.04 with the distro-provided fzf package.
Reproduction
On Ubuntu 22.04, install fzf from apt and run csx.
fzf --version
# 0.29 (devel)
csx
Actual behavior
unsupported key: start
Error: Broken pipe (os error 32)
The Broken pipe appears to be a follow-on error after fzf exits early.
Expected behavior
The picker should open with the Ubuntu-packaged fzf, or the app should report a clear minimum-version requirement before launching.
Root cause
run_fzf() currently binds:
start:reload-sync(...),change:reload-sync(...)+first
fzf 0.29 does not support the start event key or the reload-sync action. I confirmed that change:reload(...) works on this version.
