  1. docs: add /refine command and /plugins dashboard documentation 

    - Chapter 01: Add /refine to Essential Slash Commands table. Released in
  v1.0.70 (2026-07-10), /refine rewrites rough prompts into clear ones —
  especially helpful for beginners who are still learning to write
  effective prompts. Added a tip explaining when to use it.

- Chapter 01: Add /plugins to the Agent Environment commands table.
  Released in v1.0.69 (2026-07-07), /plugins opens an interactive
  dashboard to view and manage installed plugins.

- Chapter 06: Add a tip near /plugin install explaining how to use the
  new /plugins dashboard to manage installed plugins after installation.
