[Bug Report][3.3.4] VAutocomplete - Backspacing search clears model value before blur #17608

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.3.4
Last working version: 3.3.1
Vue Version: 3.3.4
Browsers: Chrome 114.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

With something selected:

• backspace the search value in the input
• see the model value printed below immediately goes to null

Expected Behavior

The model value should remain the same until a value is selected or input is blurred

it changed immediately
