Manual RepoWise previously timed out dead-code and exhausted memory while loading historical blobs. Reuse one completed index for health/dead-code and scan history through a bounded two-worker queue, with complete coverage evidence and a failing status for interrupted analysis.

What changed

• Pin RepoWise 0.58.0 and export stored health Markdown/JSON and safe-only dead-code results at the analyzed SHA. Preserve 500 commits for index git analytics independently of unlimited reachable security history.
• Keep full reachable-history secret analysis, including removed secrets and generated bundles. Read one blob per worker, retain at most two tasks/results, consume results in upstream order, and preserve upstream detectors, allowlists, provenance and deduplication.
• Apply explicit phase time/virtual-memory budgets; reject stale indexes, malformed output, failed Git/persistence operations, incomplete coverage and timeouts. Publish scope, timings, resource evidence and completed reports with unconditional cleanup/upload.
• Keep manual-only admission and read-only permissions. Update workflow contracts, SDD/catalog evidence and operator documentation.

Validation

Native manual run 39583408904 passed on 6a6dc1227ab1dea54b930b996fe8b7e25a13c3d2. All five phases are complete; the summary and artifact 12339775726 were inspected.

• Coverage: 4,244 reachable commits, 22,994 source blobs, 9,512,087,107 bytes; two workers, zero reader blob cache, largest blob 7,999,775 bytes. Published commit/read counts match the independent completeness checks.
• The job completed in 23m15s with complete scans. Baseline run 39573977241 took 20m37s with incomplete dead-code and security; its index alone took 8m06s. Completion adds real historical scanning rather than hiding partial results.
• 39 Python compatibility/resource/failure regressions pass locally and on native Ubuntu; 271 workflow-contract tests pass. Full platform coverage/acceptance checks pass on Ubuntu, macOS and Windows. Workflow, documentation, agent-docs, docs-assets and specification validators pass; typecheck/lint pass; Graphify updated.
• Action-owned synchronization from develop passed in run 39581065235. Final required CI Check 39583416977: passed on the same revision.
• Artifact SHA256: d1297167c412c661873221f8efc7625149e76a544da2aa0d077f46f8a4a441e1 (14-day retention).

Review notes

The adapter uses explicitly pinned private RepoWise interfaces; upgrades must pass differential compatibility fixtures. Security remains advisory and follows RepoWise's supported source-extension/pattern/allowlist scope. Its budget is 1200 seconds with a 2 GiB coordinator cap and 1 GiB per worker, inside the 40-minute job. RSS above is the largest process peak, not aggregate simultaneous memory.
