[tsc/sec]: Review doc kit site and approve/request changes #287

Review doc kit site and start replacing it with the "old" documentation page. Give a thumbs up or down once you've reviewed it, and we will discuss this in next tsc meeting.

As a goal, maybe publish it before christmas, so that feedback is async given in a period where mostly hobbyists try it out.
