Consider replacing prebuild-install because it is not anymore maintained. #259

Describe the Bug

The https://www.npmjs.com/package/prebuild-install is not anymore maintained, please consider (at some point) to replace it with something which is maintained. Alternatives are discussed in here: prebuild/prebuild-install#216. Although there is not any security issues with the prebuild-install, it could be nice to have it replaced before one is found.

Expected Behavior

Change prebuild-install to something which is maintained.

To Reproduce

Clean node_modules folder and reinstall dependencies, then this is seen:
npm warn deprecated prebuild-install@7.1.3: No longer maintained. Please contact the author of the relevant native addon; alternatives are available.
