Recent update upgrades log messages from other LSPs to WARN and ERROR levels

Hi there. Thanks for this lovely plugin. I think the most recent updates have somehow caused log messages from other LSPs to show up as level WARN or ERROR on neovim when previously they did not (presumably at levels DEBUG or INFO?). Not much of a lua or LSP person so I'm not sure what other info/pointers to provide here, but pls let me know if you need more info from me.

@AntoineGS Wow, that is exactly what I was going to solve in 0395415 . Set vim.lsp.handler there would result in printing logs from other lsp servers.
