Bug-hunt: 19 unverified findings to triage (2026-10-27 sweep) #514

These findings came out of the 2026-10-27 bug-hunt sweep, but its skeptic check never reached a verdict on them (often because the run hit its usage limit). Each needs a quick check before fixing. The 8 high-severity ones also have their own issues, linked below.

  • The cancelled request's cleanup runs after the new one has started, so the new reply looks stopped, the Stop button can no longer cancel it, and the app behaves as if the user had stopped it.

  • The files that did upload do not appear in the tree until the user refreshes, and the error does not say how many went through.

  • Nothing changes: the arrow stays on screen and the saved workflow keeps the link, with no error shown.
