Launch update-os action from Software Center #7933

Update of base OS for installations without a subscription is left to traditional distro procedures, like apt upgrade or dnf update. Software Center updates core and apps, but gives no visibility of the underlying OS update status.

Proposed solution

Cluster-admin could provide new information and actions:

• Show in UI base OS name and version.
• Show in UI updates availability from distro's enabled software repositories.
• Manually Review OS updates and Run OS update from UI, launching the existing update-os action.

Alternative solutions

• Consider equivalent, existing UIs to perform this task, e.g. Cockpit
