FlyBot: plugin architecture (umbrella) #3

Umbrella issue for turning DS Bot into FlyBot: ds-bot provides a formal extension API, and features ship as plugins under ds-bot/plugins/. All work is in #2 (Birfy:flybot-plugins).

Status

Plugin layer, social and tree are merged on main. Open work: team-mode gates (#51, #55–#58), face-to-face usability (#143, #132, #140), and the remainders of #106 and #111.
