Both issues mention similar problems with custom functionality (agents/commands) not working in versions 0.11.5+ and being fixed by downgrading to 0.11.4.

No, they don't. My agent files are actually symlinks and I saw this issue that was fixed 4 hours ago (3 hours after the 0.11.8 release) so I figured I just have to wait for 0.11.9 hahahaha
