SCAMMED with ZEN as GO #28226

Description

Hello, I’m furious. This literally just happened to me:

I clicked to subscribe to GO, paid, and was taken directly to an API key page. I pasted the key into the OpenCode interface, but it didn’t work. So I tried it in Zen, and it worked.

I made a request to one of the available models, and at the end it showed “Insufficient Balance.” I didn’t understand what “balance” meant at first (since i was allegedly in a subscription with a GO API Key). that’s when I figured it out:
I went to the OpenCode page and i was given a ZEN API KEY for WHATEVER REASON. Because i definetely clicked GO.

Apparently i had been charged 20€ on my credit card and the 20€ was EATEN OUT on that single session i used to test the subscription was working.

I was charged for Zen when i was applying for GO.

Im beyond INFURIATED because i wanted to trust the company. This is just a SCAM and i will go to the authorities if i dont get a refund.

This issue doesn't fully meet our contributing guidelines.

    What needs to be fixed:

    • The issue does not use one of the three required templates (Bug Report, Feature Request, or Question)
    • All technical fields (OpenCode version, Steps to reproduce, Operating System, Terminal) are left as _No response_ — a bug report requires at minimum some context about how to reproduce the issue
    • Billing/payment disputes are better directed to the support team rather than the GitHub issue tracker

Please edit this issue to address the above within 2 hours, or it will be automatically closed.

Just for the record, this post was purely an attempt to give the feel that support is attended, but NOBODY answers support ever. Im on the fourth request and no one is responding anything.

They still havent answered any claim, and now is impossible to reopen these issues on purpose. I recommend opening a chargeback claim to the bank.

I finally got a response, which was crazy. I told them i only found out i had been issued a ZEN api key instead of a GO api key that i had signed up for right after i got a quota limit, how on earth am i going to test the service otherwise?
And now they tell me because of that i cant get the refund.

You guys are literal scammers. We pay for a subscription and get weird credits without consent. You made me think i was getting a subscription and gave me a key for a credit service.
You wont walk away that easy from stealing money from people.

    Hi,

Thanks for explaining. I understand that you believe you were using OpenCode Go, but the OpenCode Zen balance was used, so we're unable to issue a refund for that purchase.

Your OpenCode Go subscription is separate and remains active.

    Best,
    Anomaly Support

Continuing with this, anomaly NEVER refunded me for the scammed money. Everyone make sure you dont subsrcibe or you will be charged for a credits thing instead of the subscription!
