Paid Go subscription — charged but not activated (bug confirmed by many) #32420
I paid for OpenCode Go on June 13 ($10, receipt #2609-9729), but my subscription isn't active — workspace says not subscribed, API keys don't work. Emailed help@anoma.ly twice with no response.
I found many identical reports:
#32153 — same issue, opened same day #30515, #29677, #29248
According to this analysis, the cause could be a Stripe 3D Secure callback bug — payment goes through but the subscription doesn't activate.
I haven't seen any of these actually get resolved in the threads. @team, could someone please help with my case (or at least answer whether anyone's issue was ever fixed)? DM me to sort out the refund or activation. Thanks!

OpenCode version
v1.17.7
Steps to reproduce
Go to workspace Go settings page
Click "Subscribe" and enter card details
Complete 3D Secure (Visa Secure) authentication via email/bank app
Receive Stripe receipt confirming payment
Return to workspace — still shows "not subscribed"
Bug reports require context to be actionable: the Steps to reproduce, OpenCode version, Operating System, and Terminal fields are all empty. Please fill these in so the team can investigate.

Having the same issue. Charged the $10 and I have the receipt for it. However, the opencode.ai's Go section shows that it isn't subscribed
Check your Default workspace. Today I realized that it's working with that one. However, IDK if it's normal.
yeah I am on the default workspace. Sorry but I didn't understand the fix that you're proposing.
Yeah, sorry, I wasn't clear enough. Yesterday I created a new workspace. The Go subscription wasn't working there (to be honest, I don't know if there's a workspace limit or something). Today I switched back to my default workspace, and the Go subscription is active there.
I don't really have a fix or solution—I just noticed that it started working. Maybe it's just a matter of time.
I'm following up on my invoice reissuance request that was sent via email.
The billing information on my invoices needs to be updated, and I have already provided the required company details, invoice numbers, and payment records to the support team.
The total payment amount involved exceeds USD 6,400, and the corrected invoices are required for our company's accounting and reimbursement process.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could review the request and provide an update on the expected timeline for reissuing the invoices.

I have the same issue. Your "Contact us" hyperlink doesn't work either.
