/mcp slash command not found in new sessions when "New Layout" is enabled #37042

Description
Description
When using OpenCode Desktop with the New Layout option enabled, the /mcp slash command is not recognized in a newly created session. The command works correctly when used in an existing session.
Expected behavior
The /mcp command should appear as a selectable option in new sessions, matching the behavior of continued sessions and of OpenCode via terminal.
