[Bug] OpenCode Go subscription unexpectedly deactivated after a few days of payment #38025
My OpenCode Go subscription was unexpectedly deactivated and is prompting me to subscribe again, even though I have successfully paid for the current billing cycle. It seems like the system dropped my active subscription status after just a few days.
To Reproduce
Paid for the OpenCode Go subscription on July 18, 2026.
The subscription was initially active.
After a couple of days, the dashboard suddenly indicated that I have no active subscription and prompted me to pay again.
Expected behavior
The subscription should remain active for the entire billing period (July 18, 2026 - August 18, 2026).
Additional context & Account Details
I have already sent an email to help@anoma.ly with my full invoice attached. For privacy and security reasons, I am providing redacted information here. Developers, please check the support inbox for my email to verify my account.
Account Email: za***@***.in
