I am also experiencing this on 1.1.21 on macOS sequoia. I had just finished running a subagent session when it got killed Ghostty went into this weird state where every interaction put out those like
;524[codes (idk what they're called)I opened opencode desktop while it was running and it prompted me to update to 1.1.21 (was on 1.1.14) so maybe updating mid-generation corrupted something?

Got the same error. Updated to 1.1.23 and now I can execute
opencode -vbut when I try using it I get a blank terminal. I also tried the App and it gets stuck on the 'Initializing' screen.Apple M1 Max Tahoe 26.2
EDIT: Works now!
