[Crash] : Opencode crashes after couple of tool call by the AI. #9594
All three #8137, #8422, and #8622 involve the same model (GPT-5.2-Codex) and tool call failures, which closely match your crash scenario. Issue #8009 addresses the root cause of why tool failures lead to application crashes.
Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
This error is still there in, 1.1.36, When reported on bun. Its says app is using outdated version of bun, and should lets app developers know to update to the lastest version of bun i.e 1.3.6.
But opencode ships with 1.3.5

P.S I tried using the MiniMax from Opencode Zen and got the same crash issue, so its not a problem with GPT-5.2-Codex specifically
