impl(aggregator): item activity context and coverage-aware river filters #3323

Closed

Description

@dezren39

Part of #1261, epic #1184. Build on #1739’s global /events page and API, not a second stream or duplicate kind/ref/actor filters.

Acceptance criteria

  • An item page shows that item’s activity from the shared event API and links to the corresponding global view; global and item views agree for the same item and time range.
  • Global view supports project and epic filters plus search in addition to pm stack: one cross-stack event log (actions, orchestration, sessions, comments in a single chronological stream) #1739’s kind/ref/actor filters, preserving filter state in navigable URLs.
  • Both views display relevant source coverage, stale state and known gaps rather than an unqualified empty/complete result; pagination and mobile layout are tested.

    Intake review

    Related: #1261 (parent design), epic #1184, #1739 (the shared stream this builds on — do not duplicate). Notes: implementation child with acceptance already in the body; this pass adds labels + the enriched mark only. Suggested approach: item-page view first (smallest surface that proves the shared-API agreement criterion), then the global filters.

    state: triaged (coverage pass)
    Coverage pass 2026-11-03: reviewed in the fleet-wide per-issue pass (drift / overlap / already-handled / stale / blockers / ordering). Verdict: still live; queued in repo-health-code-pilot as triage at priority 40 (priority/normal). If this is already handled at current main, the triage closes it with evidence; if it needs splitting, the triage files the split.

    🤖 Agent note · parked (CI pending on PR #5266; task 8947)

    Fresh verification this shift (2026-11-04 ~06:24–06:29Z):

    Resume condition: when both checks on PR #5266 complete, merge if they pass, tolerating only the pre-existing typecheck failure TS2304 GhKind in src/item-history.ts (untouched by PR #5266, filed as issue #5247, also failing on main). Issue #3323 closes on merge.
