id(app): PoC — sticky notes + did-it tracker, the first ID app (Phase 3 of #2031)

Phase 3 of the first ID app set tracked by issue #2031 — the proof of concept itself. Design record: the task 5727 triage comment on issue #2031.

Depends on (all three merged before dispatch; P0/P1/P2 are independent of each other and can land in parallel):

P0 generic event-body persistence, retrieval and range-sync — id: generic event-body persistence, retrieval and range-sync — prerequisite for the didit tracker phases (#2031) #4837 (prerequisite added by the merged design doc/2026-11-01_design_id2031.md; not yet implemented).
P1 didit schema + pure evaluator — id(didit): schema types + pure evaluator in pkgs/id/src/didit/ (Phase 1 of #2031) #3788 (library only; open PR as of 2026-11-03).
P2 writer-set view projection — id(trust): writer-set + view projection in pkgs/id (Phase 2 of #2031) #3789 (parent; slice 1 merged as pkgs/id/src/idset.rs, slice 2 is fix(id): writer-set expansion — expand/expand_retro over group grants (spec slice 2 of #3789) #4998).
Dispatch note: the pkgs/id/examples/ entries are Roc programs (main.roc + build.sh + README.md), and pkgs/id/Cargo.toml declares no [[example]] targets. The A/B/C integration test therefore belongs in pkgs/id/tests/ as a Rust test; confirm whether the example itself stays Roc before implementation.

Build, following the pkgs/id/examples/ pattern:

Sticky notes as document.put events in a shared group (pkgs/id/src/documents.rs:32-35): title = first line; edits are superseding document events; removal uses the existing removal kind.
A did-it feed from didit.* events rendered in the same group timeline, filtered through the Phase 2 writer-set view.

Acceptance (the PoC bar from issue #2031):

Integration test: identities A and B exchange notes and did-it events; A's view excludes third party C's claims; C's claims are retrievable on demand and render with author + not-counted status.
The example README states it is a PoC and names the review-round gate: no permanent feature is built on this PoC without a review round.
Does not gate on the still-open ID core design issue id: design: ID core build v1 — app model + capability system, enough to start app examples #2028.

Evidence (fresh, 2026-11-01): this PoC fuses sticky notes with the did-it tracker on the Phase 1 (didit) and Phase 2 (writer-set view) libraries (the packet's own problem statement). Neither library is on main yet:
- Phase 1 — queue task 5774 (id(didit): schema types + pure evaluator in pkgs/id/src/didit/ (Phase 1 of #2031) #3788, didit schema + evaluator in pkgs/id/src/didit/): claimed, branch queue/5774-3788-didit-schema-evaluator created, implementation in flight on another lane.
- Phase 2 — queue task 5775 (id(trust): writer-set + view projection in pkgs/id (Phase 2 of #2031) #3789, writer-set + view projection): claimed, still at revalidation stage on another lane.
  Building the PoC now would require inventing stand-ins for both libraries or duplicating those lanes' in-flight work — either way the integration test could not prove the PoC bar against the real libraries.
Resume conditions: task 5774 and task 5775 both complete with their libraries merged to main; then build per the packet (pkgs/id/examples/ PoC + integration test; A's view excludes C's claims; README names the review-round gate).
