Description
Problem
The aggregator test hub renders > service detail: full metrics, chart, reads, conflicts fails when the suite runs in GitHub Actions.
Evidence
- First surfaced by the new
pm-aggregator-testsworkflow (PR ci: run pm-stack aggregator bun tests in GitHub Actions (#1579) #4025, for ci: no workflow runs the pm-stack aggregator test suite — aggregator PRs merge with no test signal #1579): run 41356090312 on head4a46daef5— 927 pass, 2 fail (run: https://github.com/developing-today/code/actions/runs/41356090312, job 124996312848). - PR ci: run pm-stack aggregator bun tests in GitHub Actions (#1579) #4025 changes only
.github/workflows/pm-aggregator-tests.yml, so this failure is inmain's own suite/code — it is not caused by the workflow PR. - The other failure in the same run (
slice-3 routes > dns + sessions + pages routes serve) is already tracked as aggregator: slice3 registry test fails on clean main — no claude-code record via fixture path #3835.
Acceptance
- Reproduce the failure (CI run above, or
bun teston the pm-stack aggregator suite on cleanmain). - Fix the underlying cause so
hub renders > service detail: full metrics, chart, reads, conflictspasses in thepm-aggregator-testsworkflow; if it proves environment-only (e.g. missing fixture/env in CI), document and gate it explicitly instead.
Acceptance criteria
- The failure is reproduced or isolated from the CI run evidence (run 41356090312): the specific assertion/ordering/timing cause of
hub renders > service detail: full metrics, chart, reads, conflictsfailing in GitHub Actions is identified. - The fix (test or code, whichever is at fault) lands and the
pm-aggregator-testsworkflow passes on main with this test green. - The fix does not weaken the test's assertions to force a pass; any environment assumption the test relied on is made explicit.

Intake review
pm-aggregator-testsworkflow that surfaced this, for issue ci: no workflow runs the pm-stack aggregator test suite — aggregator PRs merge with no test signal #1579); issue aggregator: slice3 registry test fails on clean main — no claude-code record via fixture path #3835 (the sibling failure in the same run — separately tracked, do not conflate).— Fleet monitor intake, 2026-11-01 20:12 CST run.

state: triaged (coverage pass)
Coverage pass 2026-11-03: reviewed in the fleet-wide per-issue pass (drift / overlap / already-handled / stale / blockers / ordering). Verdict: still live; queued in repo-health-code-pilot as triage at priority 40 (priority/normal). If this is already handled at current main, the triage closes it with evidence; if it needs splitting, the triage files the split.
