Backend emails are not being generated from the server in dev or prod.

How to Replicate

Trigger any backend action that sends an email, in dev or prod. No email is generated.

In dev (backend running outside the Docker Compose network) the backend log shows:

Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND mailhog
  errno: -3008, code: 'EDNS', syscall: 'getaddrinfo', hostname: 'mailhog', command: 'CONN'

backend/controllers/email.controller.js hardcodes host: 'mailhog' in createMailhogSmtpTransport.
