Post-signup checklist on Account (no follow graph) #141

Summary

After Google account creation / first sign-in, show a short post-signup checklist so tutors (and parents) know the next step — without blocking Freestyle or matching.

Likely checklist items (product to confirm copy)

• Tutor: complete card → submit for verification → set capacity → add a note or freestyle listing.
• Parent: save tutors → request a tutor / open a case → (later) Bought notes.
• Link into Account page layout from Issue P6 — Account page, Carousell order #286; do not build who-to-follow ([PARKED] Who-to-follow onboarding — do not build #331 parked).

Out

• Social follow graph / people-to-follow carousel ([PARKED] Who-to-follow onboarding — do not build #331).
• Full sandbox “Preview as Parent” tour duplication — prefer Preview as Parent sandbox (OAuth owned by #280) #104 only if still needed after Epic: Account owns the card (P1–P14) #280/Join with no evidence. One badge from approved grades. #309/Go live on submit #310.

Acceptance criteria

• First session after sign-in shows a dismissible checklist (≤5 items).
• Checklist does not block browsing /tutors or the shop.
• Dismiss / complete state persists on the account.
• No follow/squad prompts ([PARKED] Who-to-follow onboarding — do not build #331/[PARKED] Tutor connect / squads — do not build (chat conflict) #332).
