We've had reports that the azure-cost skill description is too long. Per https://agentskills.io/specification#skill-md-format it cannot be longer than 1,024 characters. Some clients will not load the skill at all because of this.
When fixing this skill we should also update the frontmatter PR check to prevent this issue from happening again.
