Feature

• When creating a new team, the wizard should create a linked team-folder for that team.
• If the creator of the team has no rights to create team-folders, there should be an admin approval functionality available

Global Admin Settings

The following settings should be added to a section in the admin settings called "Teams"

• Allow to create team folders by
  • the following groups / teams: [...]
  • everyone
• Default quota for new team-folders: [...]
• Manage quota request

Notes

The setting "Allow to create team folder" should differ from the delegated admin-permission "Team-Folders" in that users allowed to create linked team-folders should not be able to see other team-folders, which they cannot access. They can also only delete team-folders for which they have the permission to.
