    Contract review 6688923854 on PR #30986 raised one should-fix outside that PR's file surface. In docs/adr/0050-form-layout-vs-presentation.md, Migration (:51) and Consequences / Sequencing (:59–60) still call the cutover "spec-major". Ruling A′ (6464210455) shipped it as a (narrowing) minor, @objectstack/spec 18.3.0, because this repo has no spec-major window (AGENTS.md).
