Studio offers the retired values. Studio's view-create form offers all six form types (ui/packages/app-shell/src/views/metadata-admin/anchors.ts ~:289, default-schemas.ts ~:223). It writes config.type from that choice, so after this PR a split / drawer / modal pick produces a body the server refuses. That is a defect this PR would create.

Ruling: it is in this PR's surface, respelled type: 'simple'. Its only reader, SectionedSchemaForm, branches on formType === 'tabbed' alone, so the render is unchanged. PackageFormDialog stays the dialog container.
