CloneFlowResponseSchema (packages/spec/src/api/automation-api.zod.ts, on origin/main c76c0e04) declares data: { flow, packageId, notice }. notice is the English constant FLOW_CLONE_NOTICE (packages/runtime/src/flow-clone.ts), and nothing in the answer lets a client tell which sentence it is. So the Console prints it verbatim and zh-CN shows English (measured by domain:ui#5 on 7b55ea95, /mnt/project-files/issue-29706/premise.md row 1). The client's automation.clone returns CloneFlowResponse['data'] (packages/client/src/index.ts), so the type follows the schema.
