What issue are you seeing?
Just had a reset and i made one prompt and then i am out of my weekly usage
As you can see i have 98% of my 5 hour usage left, so obviously my weekly usage limit can't be 2% of my 5 hour window
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Ask Codex 1 question and get this answer on the next

What is the expected behavior?
That i have 99% or 100% left of my weekly limit

In regards to the duplicate. It's not the same issue. I had that issue earlier, but i found a way around it, by deleting
.codex/sessions/*once in a while.I haven't read anywhere, that the business account have 0 tokens now
