What issue are you seeing?
I'm frequently getting the error: "Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model."
I'm using GPT-5.6 Sol with High reasoning in Codex. This has happened more than 10 times today. Restarting Codex, signing out, and using codex resume do not resolve it.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

After I updated, this issue has been occurring frequently and the frequency is getting more and more often

I'm the same. What's happening? I just came across it today. I've never seen it before. This really gets in the way of using it.
