It keeps showing "working" and there's no other response.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Send anything. Then you won't see any response, except "working".

What is the expected behavior?

    Thanks for reporting the problem. The service is down in some geographies. The team is working on it. Closing in favor of #7156.
