What version of Codex is running?
happened with 0.34, i was prompted to upgrade to (ultinately) 0.63. Hanging was an issue in both as of an hour or so ago.

4.1, 5.1
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 24.6.0 arm64 arm
What issue are you seeing?
All prompts hang and don't return
