Deleting a TV request can leave its seasons stuck in Processing and block re-requests

Hi,
I requested a show yesterday and today I deleted the request and removed the series from Sonarr, and as a result I was not able to re-request the same seasons.

This is the clean refile of #3276 that @fallenbagel asked for.

Disclosure: AI was used for the investigation of the root cause but I did hit the bug myself and verified its reproduction manually.

I have a fix close to being ready btw.

Steps to Reproduce

What I did:

1. Request some show's season
2. The next day (after the scheduled Sonarr scan) I removed the show from Sonarr and removed my request from Seerr
3. Tried to re-request and saw a disabled season toggle, can't re-request it again:

Deterministic reproduction:

1. Request season 1 of some series
2. Trigger Sonarr sync through Settings -> Jobs & Cache -> Scan Sonarr
3. Remove request
4. Try to re-request the same season
5. unable to re-request it
