Reviewed the exact prepared release diff against v3.10.2: it contains the previously reviewed #681 and #683 fixes, the undici patch, matching generated bundles/documentation/specification evidence, and the 3.10.3 version change. Local validation with hooks active passed 712 suites / 11,985 tests (35 platform skips), lint, package validation, installation smoke and documentation validation. GitHub release preparation independently rebuilt identical bundles and passed package validation and smoke. No unresolved findings identified. Merge remains conditional on every applicable current-head PR check passing.
