Clicked to pay for the OPENCODE GO subscription. Got sent to OPENCODE ZEN. Didn't realize what happened until the money was gone. Thought I was paying for one thing, ended up with something else entirely.
Like everyone else here, I thought I was in the right place. it's not a subscription when you a redirected here. It's pay-as-you-go credits that I never asked for, and i added the API Key to GO and it didnt work so i tried through ZEN and it went through. By the time i realized i had paid for credits they were GONE. I was mislead into thinking i was using GO because i had clicked to pay for a OPENCODE GO subscription.
I didn´t want Zen. I wanted Go. The UI somehow funnels you to the wrong place and the flow is deliberately confusing.
I'm not rich. Losing €20/$20 might not be life-changing but it's for me. And knowing I'm not the only one makes it worse, not better. It means this is a pattern.
Are you going to fix the UI so this stops happening to people? Are you going to refund those of us who got tricked? Or are we just supposed to eat the loss and move on?
Do you know its illegal to not answer support and eventually affected people are going to act?
My bank already knows and i was solicited a police report which i will file if no refund is offered.
Because right now this feels less like a mistake and more like a feature.

Hello, i already wrote not one but two emails to that address and as other people has said no one answers.
I just wrote the final one yet i have already filed the report to my bank since you arent responding to any support emails at all.
I will complete the report with documentation if this is not resolved now.
If you dont plan to refund i want at least the 20$ credit back in the acount that were used believing to be in a GO subscription, as thats where we clicked to pay for, and ask you to fix this issue ASAP so no one else comes around it. If this is a miss explanation on how your service works, you clearly need to make things way more transparent, and definetely at least have the decency to answer support emails.
We come here to support open source projects and end up with a worse service when paying for it than a private paid service.
This is an update to let everyone know the developers NEVER attend said email and only pretend to give here the sense of existing support.
They never addressed the issue and never willl.
There continues to be users flagging this issue in other issues that the same happened to them.
BE CAREFUL.
