Aggregator Kaneo reader: link cards to their actual Kaneo task and read the project-repo map from kaneo-projects.json

Part of epic #1184 (PM stack coherence review, 2026-10-26).

Live board cards lose their Kaneo link and repo mapping is duplicated and hard-coded. Evidence: live.ts kaneoBoard sets kaneoUrl to the instance root, not the task, and renderBoard never renders it; repo mapping is hard-coded in live.ts KANEO_PROJECT_REPOS duplicating kaneo-projects.json, with an unknown-slug fallback that invents developing-today/.

Acceptance:

Every live card links to its actual Kaneo task, on cards and item pages.
Deleting/renaming a mapping in kaneo-projects.json changes the board accordingly.
Unknown slugs render as unmapped, never guessed.

Intake review — fleet monitor

Liveness: Verified still live at intake (2026-10-28): issue is open and unheld, and a merged-PR search for #1201 returned only unrelated text matches (no PR title or fix reference resolves this item). Part of epic #1184 (PM stack coherence review, 2026-10-26); sibling batch #1210–#1222 was enriched in the previous monitor run.

Notes: The hard-coded KANEO_PROJECT_REPOS map duplicating kaneo-projects.json is a drift bug waiting to happen; the unknown-slug fallback inventing repo names is the sharp edge. Both fixes are small and independently testable.

Risks: Scope creep across the pm-stack pages is the main risk for this batch; the acceptance criteria above (converted from the issue's original Acceptance list) bound the work. CI on the aggregator's render/derive tests is the verification surface.

Suggested approach: Take the acceptance criteria in order; keep the JSON twins in lockstep with the HTML pages, per the batch convention.
