What is wrong (re-read on main today)
job, queue and messaging are in PLATFORM_ALWAYS_ON_CAPABILITIES (packages/spec/src/kernel/platform-capabilities.ts). resolveServedCapabilities mounts them on every boot unless --preset minimal. PR #31181 teaches this in objectstack-platform § requires:. The automation skill still teaches the old opt-in reading:
skills/objectstack-automation/SKILL.mdL345-348, the prerequisite table:job→ "scheduled flows never launch",queue→ "inbound POST answers 503",messaging→ "silent: success withskipped: true". Each symptom happens only under--preset minimal.
