Same here — my Pro accounts behave as if the 5h limit is Plus-tier (or smaller), not what a Pro plan should give. Concrete evidence from the upstream error stream:
On 2026-06-25, one of my Pro accounts hit usage_limit_reached, the 5h limit reset, and the SAME account reached usage_limit_reached again only ~41 minutes later. Across that 41-minute window, actual billed usage for the two active Pro accounts combined was only ~1.35M tokens (~1.05M input + ~6K output across 48 successful requests) — a small amount of real usage that should be a tiny fraction of a Pro 5h limit, yet it burned 100% of it.
For comparison, the same account earlier the same day consumed ~156M tokens inside a 5h rolling window before the limit triggered. So the same plan/account hit the same limit at 1.35M tokens (41 min) vs 156M tokens (5h) — a ~115x discrepancy that cannot be explained by real token consumption.
Relevant upstream error payload I captured:

Note plan_type is "pro" but the effective limit behaves nothing like a Pro tier. This strongly suggests a server-side quota accounting bug where Pro limits are being computed as a much smaller tier (Plus-like) after a reset, rather than proportional to actual token usage. Matches the "Pro usage looks like Plus" symptom described here.

Maybe you can't replicate it as the issue is with the App and not CLI.
But good call, i'll try with CLI and see if it's better that way.

Because I was in a hurry, I didn't fill in the relevant information. In fact, that's exactly what happened. After two rounds of conversation, my quota was exhausted, and Pro20x shouldn't have such usage. Moreover, many people today have encountered the same problem as I have. I am not ashamed of this.On the contrary, you're the one who should be ashamed of having so many downvotes.

Tried in CLI too and have the same issue. New chat, one prompt and 5h usage is gone, so seems a serverside issue, not app/harness related

Update!
After changing to the 20x tier.
I have already consumed approximately 70% of that weekly allowance in 48h
That is on a plan costing more than €200, with 20x usage, in less than two days.
