Commit d33064a restricts request cleanup to validated requests created by the invocation, adds three reproduced regressions and success/failure cleanup assertions, and clarifies consumer-hook versus central-coordinator scope. All 93 native tests and the final CI/platform gates passed. This superseded PR's original source remains unchanged for audit.
