Prepare exceptional recovery for #765 after Action run 40737567924 aborted sync-branch verification because the merged extension workspace lacked vitest/jsdom dependencies. No Action sync commit was pushed. Exact existing managed ref: release/3.10.6 Expected release head: 5999ad3 Production parent: 39679e2 The release already contains the 3.10.5 SDD correction and its newer safe diagnostics. Retain the release content for all nine conflicts; all production SDD catalog evidence remains present. The resulting tree is identical to the prepared release, adding production ancestry only. Local validation with all frozen workspace dependencies: build, typecheck, 773 suites / 14184 root tests (35 configured skips), all coverage budgets, 30 extension files / 267 tests (100% coverage), lint, specifications, documentation, workflow contracts, npm package validation and smoke pass. Reconciliation plan: obtain explicit maintainer authorization for the exceptional sync recovery, recheck both exact remote heads, then perform a normal fast-forward push to this same existing ref. Use the installed replace mode with the reviewed merge SHA, existing operation/revision and verified unpublished 3.10.6. Re-run complete preparation and normal protected promotion, publication and development reconciliation. No force-push, replacement remote branch, hidden-state edit or check bypass.
